1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OverSite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Your organisation's admin accepted these terms when setting up your OverSite workspace. If you were invited as a user, your continued use of OverSite constitutes acceptance.
2. Invite-Only Access
OverSite uses an invite-only access model. There is no public self-signup. Every user must be invited by an existing administrator.
- •Your organisation's admin is responsible for inviting only authorised personnel.
- •Your role and worksite access are assigned by your admin and can be changed or revoked at any time.
- •You must not share your login credentials with anyone. Each user must have their own account.
- •Unauthorised access or use of OverSite is prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use OverSite only for its intended purpose — coordinating safe drone operations and airspace management at your assigned worksites. You must not:
- •Use OverSite for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- •File false, misleading, or fraudulent operation plans.
- •Attempt to circumvent tactical deconfliction or safety controls.
- •Share your account credentials or allow unauthorised persons to access the system.
- •Attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role and worksite scope.
- •Interfere with the proper operation of the system, including introducing malware or attempting to overload it.
- •Use the system in a way that could compromise aviation safety.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of access and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Pilot Operational Responsibility
OverSite is a coordination and awareness tool — it is not a substitute for safe piloting practices or regulatory compliance.
- •Pilots remain at all times responsible for the safe operation of their aircraft and for compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, including CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) requirements.
- •Filing an operation plan in OverSite does not constitute regulatory approval. Pilots must obtain any required regulatory approvals independently.
- •OverSite's conflict detection is advisory. A "no conflict" result does not guarantee airspace is clear — pilots must maintain visual lookout and follow standard operating procedures.
- •Pilots must not rely solely on OverSite notifications for situational awareness. Active monitoring of the airspace is always required.
- •Emergency and Return-to-Home instructions received through OverSite must be followed immediately.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
OverSite is offered in four subscription tiers: OverSite Basic, OverSite 24, OverSite RFD24, and OverSite Ultimate. Subscriptions are managed per worksite.
- •Plan assignment — each worksite is assigned a plan by an admin. OverSite RFD24 and Ultimate are coming soon and not yet available.
- •Pricing — pricing is quoted per customer after lead qualification. Public pricing is shown as "Contact us".
- •Card billing — when paying by card, payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; OverSite does not store card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- •Invoice billing — enterprise customers may pay by invoice with agreed terms (e.g. NET-30). Invoices are issued from the Stripe Dashboard and tracked in OverSite.
- •Billing status — the billing status of each site is visible on the Billing page. Overdue payments may result in suspension of service.
- •Plan changes — Super Admins can change a site's plan at any time. Changes take effect according to the billing cycle.
Refunds, where applicable, are handled at OverSite's discretion. Contact your account manager or submit an enquiry for billing questions.
6. Emergency and Safety Features
OverSite provides emergency control tools including site emergency activation, manual airspace lockout, and Return-to-Home notifications.
- •Site emergencies can only be activated by Super Admins, Admins, and CRP/SRPs. When activated, all operations are to cease and all personnel are notified.
- •Manual airspace lockout can be activated by AROs and CRP/SRPs to suspend all drone operations.
- •These features are provided to assist with safety coordination. OverSite does not guarantee that notifications will be delivered in all circumstances (see Disclaimers). The responsibility for responding to emergencies remains with site personnel and their established emergency procedures.
Emergency response operations filed through the dispatch flow are auto-approved and can be submitted during an active emergency or airspace lock.
7. Intellectual Property
OverSite, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the property of A.I.R.Space Technologies Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- •You may use OverSite only as permitted under these terms and your subscription.
- •You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of OverSite without written permission.
- •"OverSite" is a trademark of A.I.R.Space Technologies Pty Ltd. The OverSite logo is not a trademark. All other trademarks are property of their respective owners.
- •Data you enter into OverSite (operation plans, messages, etc.) remains the property of your organisation, subject to OverSite's retention and audit obligations.
8. Disclaimers
The operational disclaimers that apply to OverSite are set out in full in the in-app Help manual's Legal & Operational Disclaimers section. In summary:
- •OverSite is not an Air Traffic Control (ATC) service.
- •OverSite Traffic data is advisory-only and may not show all aircraft.
- •Notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or not delivered.
- •Data accuracy depends on user-entered operation plans and may contain errors.
- •Pilots remain responsible for safe operations and regulatory compliance at all times.
See the full Legal & Operational Disclaimers in the Help manual for complete details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •OverSite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- •OverSite does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all airspace conflicts will be detected.
- •OverSite, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
- •OverSite's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- •OverSite is not liable for the actions or omissions of users, including pilots' operational decisions, compliance failures, or failure to respond to notifications.
Because OverSite is a safety-critical system, users are strongly encouraged to maintain independent safety procedures and not rely solely on the platform for airspace safety.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OverSite, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of OverSite, your violation of these terms, or your breach of applicable laws or regulations.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by OverSite's negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Termination
By you: You may request deletion of your account at any time via Settings. See the Data Deletion Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.
By your organisation: Your admin can remove your access at any time by removing your worksite assignments and deleting your user record.
By OverSite: We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if your organisation's subscription lapses, or if required by law. On termination, your data is handled per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
On termination, any outstanding invoices remain payable.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of OverSite will be resolved in accordance with Australian law and the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
If you are accessing OverSite from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via in-app notification or email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of OverSite after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
